You can access all TEARcloud modules and downloads, including TEAR Engager, from your free TEARcloud account dashboard.

You can sign up for your free account here, or if you already have an account, you can login here. Then, follow the 3 steps below.

Step 1: Access your free download

In your TEARcloud dashboard, click on “Engager” in the navigation sidebar (left hand side of your screen). Then, in the dropdown, click on “Desktop Download”.

Step 2: Download the program

On the Engager download page, click on the green “Download Now” button. Double click on the .exe file that saves to your computer. Click on “More info”, and then “Run anyway”. Your download should now begin.

Step 3: Login

Once TEAR Engager is downloaded to your PC, you will see the shortcut for it on your desktop. Double click to open it, and you will find yourself on the login screen.

Your “Account” is the email address that you used to create your TEARcloud account, and your "Password" is the same as well. Enter your credentials, click “Login” and you’re ready to go!
